The Organ Duo
Christian Rønn (church organ/electric organ), Heðin Ziska Davidsen (guitar)
The Organ Duo drones with guitar and organ (often a church organ). Minimalism and maximalism unite where textures and impressions are explored just as frequently, rather than solely focusing on tones and harmony. The collaboration between Heðin Ziska Davidsen and Christian Rønn is built upon a monumental sound in large spaces; massive drones and supernatural tones with clouds of melodies that transcendentally embrace the listener.
The two have performed in Denmark in 2025 at the Fanø Free Folk Festival, Spir Festival, and Mayhem in Copenhagen.
In 2026, performances are scheduled at the Copenhagen Jazz Festival and Summartónar in the Faroe Islands, alongside a studio recording session in Copenhagen.
